ABIERTO EL PLAZO PARA ENVIAR COMUNICACIONES
La participación como comunicante implica elaborar y presentar una comunicación al Congreso vinculada con algunos de los paneles temáticos convocados.
Son bienvenidas las comunicaciones que desarrollen alguno de los temas propuestos, ya sea desde una metodología empírica o desde una aproximación teórica y descriptiva.
Para participar como comunicante es necesario registrarse aquí. Una vez confirmado el registro mediante correo electrónico, el autor podrá cargar en la plataforma la propuesta de su comunicación y los datos del autor/es.
No es necesario que todos los firmantes de una comunicación se registren; tan sólo uno de ellos habrá de hacerlo como representante del grupo de autores. Este representante será el interlocutor con la organización del Congreso.
La propuesta de comunicación tiene que enviarse en español y en inglés, y debe contener la siguiente información:
- Título
- Resumen de 500 palabras (objetivo, metodología, resultados y conclusiones)
- Palabras clave
- Nombre y filiación institucional del autor/es
FECHAS CLAVE
a) 31 de julio: ampliación del plazo de entrega de resúmenes.
b) 10 de septiembre: comunicación de la revisión de los resúmenes.
c) 14 de octubre: entrega de los textos completos (para quienes opten a la revisión del texto para su posterior publicación).
d) 30 de octubre: comunicación de aceptación para la publicación.
FORMATO DE LOS TEXTOS COMPLETOS DE LAS COMUNICACIONES
Está prevista la publicación de un libro que recoja las comunicaciones presentadas al Congreso y que previamente hayan obtenido informe favorable por parte de los coordinadores de cada panel.
Los textos completos de las comunicaciones deberán tener una extensión de 4.500 palabras incluyendo resumen (incluyendo título, autores, resumen en español y en inglés, tablas y bibliografía).
Los textos se deben entregar a los coordinadores en formato Word, Times New Roman, cuerpo 12, interlineado 1,5, márgenes estándar.
Deberán contener, en español y en inglés, título, resumen y palabras clave, además del nombre de los autores, dirección de correo electrónico, código ORCID y un breve CV de 100 palabras.
El contenido tendrá una estructura de artículo científico, es decir, introducción, objetivos, hipótesis, metodología, resultados, discusión y conclusiones.
Las citas se introducirán en el texto con formato Harvard, no a pie de página, y la bibliografía estará exclusivamente referida a las obras citadas en el trabajo, será actual y se presentará en formato APA 7ª edición.
EVALUACIÓN Y ACEPTACIÓN DE LAS PROPUESTAS DE COMUNICACIÓN
Las comunicaciones serán evaluadas conforme vayan llegando a los coordinadores de los paneles. Su eventual aceptación será comunicada a los autores progresivamente, y se irán publicando de forma numerada en la web del Congreso. En ese momento, los autores recibirán un código para formalizar el abono de la inscripción.
NÚMERO DE AUTORES Y COMUNICACIONES
Cada propuesta de comunicación tendrá un máximo de 3 autores (excepcionalmente 4 si provienen de centros de investigación diferentes) y al menos 1 de ellos deberá exponer la comunicación en persona durante el Congreso.

- Las comunicaciones serán incluidas en un libro publicado por la Editorial Dykinson. La publicación definitiva de las comunicaciones está condicionada a la obtención de un informe favorable por parte de la Comisión Académica del Congreso.
OPEN CALL FOR PAPERS
Participation as a speaker entails preparing and presenting a paper to the Congress that is related to one of the topic panels.
We welcome papers that explore any of the proposed topics, either through an empirical methodology or from a theoretical and descriptive approach.
To participate as a presenter, you must register here. Once the registration has been confirmed by e-mail, the author will be allowed to upload his or her proposed paper to the platform, as well as the personal data of the author/s.
It is not necessary for all the signatories of a paper to register; only one person from the group of authors needs to register as a representative. This representative will be the intermediary between the signatories of the group and the Congress organisers.
The proposed paper must be sent in both Spanish and English, and it must contain the following information:
- Title
- Abstract of 500 words (objective, methodology, results, and conclusions)
- Keywords
- Full name and institutional affiliation of the author/s
KEY DATES
a) 31 July: deadline for submission of abstracts.
b) 10 September: notification of acceptance or rejection.
c) 14 October: submission of full texts (for those who opt for the revision of the text for subsequent publication).
d) 30 October: notification of acceptance for publication.
Format of the complete text of the papers
It is presumed that a book containing the papers presented at the Congress will be published after obtaining a favourable report from the coordinators of each panel.
The full texts of the papers should be approximately 4.500 words including abstract (title, authors, abstract in English and Spanish, tables and bibliographic references).
The texts must be submitted to the coordinators in Word format, using Times New Roman font, size 12, line spacing of 1.5, and standard margins.
They must contain (in Spanish and English) the title, abstract, and keywords, as well as the name of the author/s, e-mail address, ORCID code, and a short CV of 100 words.
The content shall use the format of a scientific article, or in other words, an introduction, objectives, hypothesis, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusions.
Citations shall be placed in the text using the Harvard style (not with footnotes), and the bibliography shall refer exclusively to the works cited in the paper. Moreover, the bibliography must be current and presented in the APA 7th edition style.
Evaluation and acceptance of proposed papers
Papers will be evaluated as they reach the panel coordinators. Authors will be notified successively of their acceptance, and they will be published numerically on the Congress website. Authors will then receive a code to finalise the registration payment.
Number of authors and communications
Each proposed paper shall have a maximum of 3 authors (or 4, as an exception, if they come from different research centres), and at least 1 of the authors must give an in-person presentation of the paper during the Congress.
